I began as a graphic designer, taught myself to code, and moved into strategy, innovation, organisational design and transformation. I've founded a technology company, built businesses and led global teams.

Today I sit on the Executive Leadership Team at M+C Saatchi Group as Global Chief Transformation Officer, responsible for transformation across the group. Before that, I held CEO roles.

Alongside that, I run a deliberately small executive coaching practice through The Change Makers Academy. I've also coached senior leaders through merger, capability build, redundancy, promotion — and the particular difficulty of leading transformation while being transformed.
