The room

The greater your responsibility, the fewer places you can be completely candid. Coaching creates a room where you don't have to perform certainty.

The agenda is yours

A bigger role. A difficult relationship. A decision you keep circling. Confidence that's unexpectedly gone. Or simply: I've got here. Now what?

My role

I'm not another consultant in the room. I won't use our sessions to tell you how I'd run your business. My job is to help you become more useful to yourself.

Who this is for

Senior leaders, by design.

  • Executive & managing directors

    Carrying a P&L, a function or a turnaround.

  • C-suite leaders

New to the seat, or long in it and asking what's next.

  • Founders stepping up

Scaling into a board, investors and a bigger team.

Not the right fit for early-career coaching, life coaching, or therapy — I'll happily point you elsewhere.

Leaders I work with come from

  • Global agency networks
  • Technology & high-growth
  • Marketing & creative industries
  • Professional services
  • Consumer brands

Client names are never shared.

Ways to work together

One practice. Different routes in.

01

Private executive coaching

For senior leaders funding their own coaching. Normally one clear goal, worked through over four to six sessions.

02

Organisation-sponsored

For organisations investing in a senior leader. An agreed outcome, sponsor alignment where it helps, and a coaching relationship that stays confidential.

03

Leadership cohorts

Coaching-led work with small leadership groups towards a shared goal. Bespoke, and by appointment.

Questions

Practical things.

Coaching is a conversation with purpose. We work together to move you forward in an area you define, towards the future you want. It's a creative, thought-provoking process that can help unlock your personal and professional potential.

Are you stuck? Is there an ambition that eludes you, or one you're afraid to stake a claim to? Do you have a clear goal, but things keep getting in the way? Or a sense that things could be derailed and you want a handle on it? If any of these ring true, coaching could be for you.

You need a desire to make a change — that's the hardest part. You'll do most of the talking and thinking, but I'll be with you every step: listening deeply, helping you reframe your thoughts, asking questions, challenging you, and creating the space for you to think.

Some great results can come from a single focused session, and we can meet weekly or fortnightly if you need to move faster. But self-awareness often grows between sessions, so it helps to allow time. A typical partnership towards a clear goal is around four to six sessions of 60–90 minutes.

It's up to you. I offer both online and in-person sessions, and we can discuss what's best for you.

You just did. The next step is a free 30-minute introductory conversation, so we can get to know each other and decide whether we're a good fit.

In their words

Karen’s coaching is instantly transformational, both professionally and personally. Her strength lies in her gentle ability in helping you find life-changing solutions that fit naturally into your day. After one session with Karen, I was able to pinpoint the root causes of the problems I was encountering. Karen always leaves you with practical habits that have a far bigger impact than the time or effort they take.
