This website is run by The Change Makers Academy Limited (company no. 15820175). We are based in Greater London and work with leaders across the UK and internationally. We are the data controller for the information you send us.

We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK's independent regulator for information rights, and pay the data protection fee that keeps that registration live. Our ICO registration number is ZB809474, which you can check on the ICO's public register at ico.org.uk.

If you send an enquiry, we use your name, email, organisation and message only to reply to you. We don't sell or share it, and we don't add you to a mailing list.

We keep enquiry emails only as long as needed to reply and look after the relationship, then delete them.

What you tell us on the Book page is used only to prepare your introductory agenda. It isn't stored on this site — it reaches us only if you choose to send it to us by email.

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, at any time. Email karen@karen-boswell.com and we'll sort it.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, please tell us first. You also have the right to complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.
